Mixing Tip- To help dilute Sun Gold quickly and thoroughly, make Sun Gold creamy before adding hot water. If using a spray bottle, first add Sun Gold concentrate and shake bottle around. If mixing into 5 gallon bucket, use hand or whisk.

1. Drain oil and fill fryer with water to oil line.
2. Add 1/4 cup of concentrated Sun Gold paste.
3. Set the fryer thermostat to about 210 to 220 degrees (just to boiling point).
4. Boil for 20-35 minutes. Drain as usual.
5. If carbon is not completely removed from heating elements, and/or tray area, use a Scotch-Bright no. 96 "green" scouring pad to help remove burnt on deposits.
6. Rinse well with clean water and fill to normal level with oil.

Tip: If you are removing thick gummy build-up from sides, top, and back of fryer, use Concentrated Sun Gold paste and a stainless steel scouring pad when surface is hot to help soften deposits.

1. Cool surface to 200 degrees F.
2. Pour enough Regular mixture of Sun Gold to cover grill surface and allow to it to pool and steam for 2 minutes.
3. While steaming, scrub surface with a grill screen then rinse well with water.

Maintenance Cleaning: Use light Duty & buff w/ towel.

Medium Cleaning:Spray Medium Duty on cotton towel and wipe down. Be sure to go with the grain.

Heavy Cleaning:

1. If there is a lot of grease buildup, spray Regular or Heavy mix. on grease and let sit for a few seconds.
2. Then, spray mixture on a stainless steel scouring pad and scrub in a back and forth motion going with the grain.
3. The scouring pad does a really good job of pickup up the grease and they are re-usable. Scouring pad can scratch so be careful.

With spray bottle, spray Medium or Heavy duty mixture on floors then mop up with HOT water. Note: Add a small amount of bleach to mop water to disinfect.

1. Spray with Medium or Heavy Duty mixture depending on buildup; soak for 5 minutes to loosen.
2. Repeat once or twice.
3. Run through dishwasher.

Note: If there is a lot of buildup you may need to soak in bucket with Heavy mixture and rinse off with high pressure washer.

Spray Medium Duty mixture and wipe down with cotton towel.

1. Mix 2 cups of Concentrated Sun Gold into 4 gallons of HOT water
2. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
3. Wash as normal. Add bleach if needed.

Medium or Heavy Cleaning: use Medium or Heavy Duty spray and wipe down with terry cloth towel. You may also apply with towel.

Special Note: Some paint will strip very easily, always test in small area first.

Spray Medium or Heavy Duty mixture in WARM oven and wipe out with towel or Scotch Brite depending on severity

Use Concentrated Sun Gold and a stainless steel scouring pad or Scotch Bright no. 96 green pad while surface is warm or hot.

Tip: If metal looks dull after carbon removal, use Regular mixture of Sun Gold and Scotch Bright No. 96 green scouring pad to bring back shine. Clean with the "grain" of metal to avoid scratching.
