Extra Heavy Duty Cleaning:

To clean carbon and grease on grills, fryers, and ovens. Use Sun Gold full strength with stainless steel wire mesh scrubber on warm or preheated surfaces. For grill surfaces, use 3M Scotch Brite Pads.

Heavy Duty:

To maintain equipment, mix one pint of Sun Gold to two gallons hot water and wipe down regularly.

Medium Duty:

For cleaning stainless steel, walls, and counters, mix one pint of Sun Gold to four gallons water..

Light Duty:

For glass, plexiglass, and mirrors, mix one pint to eight gallons water.

To boil out fryers:

Use four tablespoons of Sun Gold paste, fill fryer with water and boil for 20 minutes, drain and rinse.

Always use hot water when mixing Sun Gold for easier mixing. First liquify sun gold in microwave.
